Free Standard Shipping 

-Free standard shipping applies to orders over $75 before tax. 

-Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped. 

Standard Shipping | Only $7!

-We use the United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail service for our standard shipping. Standard delivery usually arrives within 1-3 business days from the shipped date, excluding weekends and holidays.

-Occasionally, we will use UPS Ground shipping in lieu of USPS Priority shipping. If we choose to make this substitution in shipping services, you will not be charged any extra. 

-Please allow 1-5 business days for your order to be processed and shipped.

-Orders placed after 4pm EST will be received the following business day.

-Orders over $150 in value may require a signature for delivery. This helps us ensure the order was delivered correctly.

- Standard shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and P.O. Boxes usually arrives 5-12 business day from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

- Standard delivery to APO/FPO addresses usually arrives within 18 business days from the shipped date, excluding holidays.

-We currently do not provide shipping outside of the United States.

Expedited Shipping

If you are interested in expedited shipping for your order, please contact immediately after your order is placed for rates on expedited shipping charges. 

Julie's Clothing is NOT responsible for:

-Delays with USPS shipping or UPS shipping

-Orders that are marked delivered by the USPS or UPS. If your order is marked delivered and you did not receive, you will need to contact USPS or UPS regarding information of your package. ivy & leo is not responsible for orders that USPS or UPS delivers wrong or are stolen from your address. Please contact USPS or UPS regarding this issue. If you receive an order that was damaged in the mail, please also contact the shipping provider to file a claim. 

-If you encounter a problem with you tracking number or package delivery, please contact USPS or UPS prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to update. 

-Wrong address- It is up to the customer to provide the correct shipping address when placing the order. If you do find you entered a wrong address, please contact immediately after placing your order and we will do our best to correct this before your order is shipped. If you provide us with an incorrect shipping address and the package is returned to us, customers will be responsible for paying shipping charges for the package to be re-shipped to them.
