Returns/Exchanges

 If needed, how do I Return & Exchange Items?

 

Our online return policy is separate from our store front locations' return policy.

If you are not completely satisfied with your Julie's online purchase, we will gladly accept the return or exchange of unworn, unwashed or defective items, within 14 days of receipt of purchase. Please send original sales receipt with return shipment. Return/Exchange packages will be shipped back at customer's expense. **Please contact customerservice@juliesclothing.com if you have received a damaged, defective or incorrect item.**

 

 

To return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

 

Repack the item in its original packaging, if possible, with the original receipt and message.

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) with a tracking number.
Please retain receipt for your records, www.Juliesclothing.com is not responsible for items damaged or lost in transit.
