However, if you decide the items aren’t for you, we will gladly issue you store credit for any unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of the original delivery date. After the 14 day window, all items become final sale. Please note that shipping charges will not be refunded.

The store credit total will be credited to an online gift card sent to the email address associated with the original purchase, less the cost of original shipping fees and return shipping fees.  Please allow up to 7 business days for ivy & leo to receive and process your return

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes and all items must be returned in a shipping bag or box. We do not accept returns that are damaged due to labels or packing tape being placed on the shoe box or clothing item. Ivy & leo reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item returned.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If a different item or size would suit you better, simply follow the return instructions for the item and place a new order for the item/size you would prefer.

Please contact customerservice@juliesclothing.com within 7 days if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item.  You must include a photo of the damage/defect in your email.  We do not accept damage claims for items that have tags removed and/or have been worn.

If you would like to use a prepaid USPS label to return your items, please email customerservice@juliesclothing.com
$10 deduction will be taken from your refund amount if you use our provided label.

Please note, you have five days from the date your return label was approved to ship back to us.

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) with a tracking number. Please keep a record of the tracking number.

Please include the original packing slip with your order number and items clearly labeled, and allow 1-3 days business days once your package has been delivered to us for your refund to be issued.
