Thank you for shopping with Julie's Clothing! We hope you are completely obsessed with your purchases. However if you decide the items aren’t for you, we have an easy-to-follow return process in place.

We will gladly accept the return of unworn, unwashed items with tags still attached within 14 days of the original delivery date. Once we have received the items within the 14 day window, the original form of payment will be refunded. After the 14 day window, all items become final sale. Please note that no shipping charges will be refunded.

Shoes must be returned in the original shoe box. Shoes and all items must be returned in a shipping bag or box. We do not accept returns that are damaged due to labels or packing tape being placed on the shoe box or clothing item. Julie's Clothing reserves the right to refuse a refund based on the condition of the item returned.

Please note that we do not accept exchanges. If a different item or size would suit you better, simply follow the return instructions for the item and place a new order for the item/size you would prefer.

Please contact Julie's Clothing within 7 days if you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. We do not accept damage claims for items that have tags removed and/or have been worn.

Return Instructions

To return an item, please follow these simple steps:

If you would like Julie's to issue you a return label, please contact customerservice@juliesclothing.com with your order number and the items you are wanting to return. We will then email you a return shipping label for a $10 deduction from the refund amount. 

 

To avoid Julie's Clothing return shipping charge, you may send your package back on your own to:

For your security, please return your item(s) with an insured courier (e.g., FedEx, UPS, USPS Parcel Post) with a tracking number. Please keep a record of the tracking number.

Please include the original packing slip with your order number and items clearly labeled, and allow 1-3 days business days once your package has been delivered to us for your refund to be issued.

In-Store Return Instructions: 

You can return your online purchase to any Julie's Boutique store.  Please note that items bought online cannot be returned in-store for a refund. We are more than happy to offer store credit for items bought online that are returned in-store. If you would prefer a refund over store credit, the items must be mailed to us.
